Provides a robust training platform for VTS personnel to manage realistic maritime traffic under both normal and emergency conditions. Trainees coordinate vessel movements, provide navigation information, and manage the complexities of busy ports and coastal areas using actual VTS tools and interfaces. Scenario complexity can be graded by operator proficiency for progressive training.
