Universal steering compass for yachts of each length. Aspecial variant is MED approved for professional Lifeboats and C class compass (extra leaflet). Design meets the European ISO25862-specification, therin fixed is accuracy, dynamic behaviour, temperatur range, stability etc. IOTA/1 is for built-in mounting. IOTA/2 with bracket for desk, wall and overhead mounting. An additional internal transparent containment protects the directional system against vibration and shock. Therefore this compass is especially suitable for fast going boats.
The fully gimbaled suspension keeps the directional system and lubber lines upright at any inclination. Electrical light 12 or 24 VDC. Each compass individually tested and certified.
